Moses Kakaire is a senior solicitor at Simpsons who specialises in media and technology law. Moses joined Simpsons in January 2007. He has significant experience in the media sector having previously worked as legal counsel for the Australian commercial radio sector's industry body.
Moses' industry experience has enabled him to gain valuable insights into the operation of media businesses and in particular their strategies for working with talent, advertisers, the music industry, technology vendors, regulators and the Government. Moses uses this experience and his strategic thinking and analytical skills to help clients in the media, entertainment, arts and technology sectors achieve their commercial objectives.
Moses has an active interest in the cultural sectors and enjoys volunteering for the Arts Law Centre. He is also a member of the Copyright Society of Australia and the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association.
