Priscilla commenced working at Simpsons Solicitors in August 2007 whilst completing her law degree. She works closely with Adam Simpson, Andrea Simpson and Victoria Chylek in the litigation team and with Adam Simpson in the trade marks team.
Prior to joining the team at Simpsons, Priscilla worked as a paralegal at FOXTEL where she gained experience in trade marks, program licensing and assisted the legal team prepare for the C7 litigation. She has also worked in legal support roles at US firm Jones Day and Holding Redlich.

Priscilla completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2008. Her thesis entitled “Parody is a defence, but it is no laughing matter”, explored the potential issues with the introduction of the parody fair dealing exceptions into the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), with reference to international jurisprudence.

She is currently undertaking her Masters in Law through the University of New South Wales and an applied law program in commercial litigation through the College of Law. Her current research interests include privacy law reform, defamation law and freedom of speech in the media and various aspects of intellectual property, in particular the protection of personality rights against unauthorised commercial appropriation. Her current research project focuses on protecting the privacy and reputations of public people.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Music & Media). Her studies in music focused on song writing and performance in contemporary and non-western guitar styles, whilst she completed a journalism major in her media studies.

Priscilla is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court of Australia and High Court of Australia. She is a member of the NSW Young Lawyers Civil Litigation Committee, the Communication and Media Law Association and the Copyright Society of Australia.

Outside of Simpsons, Priscilla has spent many years training dressage horses and has competed successfully at national level.
