Ms. Cherelle Wurrawilya has been elected as the new Chair of the Anindilyakwa Land Council (ALC). Ms. Wurrawilya has been an influential member of the ALC Board since 2019 and is the first land council’s female chair. Ms. Wurrawilya replaces long-standing chair, Mr. Tony Warramarrba AO.
