Bio
Faye is a lawyer in our Corporate and Commercial, Music and Digital Media groups.
She assists a broad scope of clients on a range of matters, including corporate structuring and transactions, commercial arrangements, music industry relationships and intellectual property.
Previously, Faye was a lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial team at a national commercial law firm, where she advised private and listed clients on M&A transactions, commercial arrangements and succession planning. Prior to that, Faye worked at a global law firm in New Zealand advising corporate clients on commercial matters.
Education
Faye holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in European Studies from the University of Otago
