Jack is a senior consultant in Simpsons' Corporate team, with over 10 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate issues. His clients operate across a variety of industry sectors and range from start-ups to multinationals, and he has particular experience in advising clients who operate in the entertainment, media and technology sectors.
His particular focus is on private M&A and fund-raising, as well as advising on joint ventures, restructuring and shareholder arrangements.
Jack is equally adept at acting on behalf of buyers or sellers in corporate transactions. Many of the transactions on which he advises have cross-jurisdictional elements. Jack can provide expert and pragmatic guidance at every stage of a business’s development, from initial structuring and early-stage investment, through to exits. Clients benefit from his commercially -minded and practical advice, and his extensive real-world experience in solving complex legal issues.
Prior to joining Simpsons Jack worked at a national law firm in Australia and a specialist media and entertainment firm in London.
